Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and laboratory results, and take appropriate action to address any abnormalities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred).
- Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
- Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification.
