Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
