Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is preferred but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
