Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Order Review and Entry: Analyze customer purchase orders to ensure all specifications are accurate, including size, dimensions, quantity, materials, color selection, packaging, delivery instructions, and custom requirements.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively resolve any discrepancies in purchase orders by communicating effectively with customers.
- Order Expediting: Review and manage the Open Order Report daily, ensuring all production areas are informed and equipped to meet customer needs.
- Customer Liaison: Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or updates.
- Pricing Communication: Clearly communicate pricing details to customers while keeping the sales team informed of all related activities.
- Quality Management: Enter Quality Defect Reports into our database, advise sales on customer complaints, and coordinate billing adjustments with the Accounting Department.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to order review and entry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
