- Work closely with department heads to manage and develop the hotel executive team.
- Take ownership of guest complaints and ensure accountability among department heads.
- Provide effective leadership to all hotel team members.
- Engage in business planning and respond to audits for continuous improvement.
- Manage corporate client relationships and participate in client acquisition efforts.
- Support residential sales initiatives and develop strong sales prospects.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in hotel management or a related field, with significant experience in hotel operations and management. A minimum of two years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a branded environment is required. Excellent computer skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are essential.
