We are seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to join our team at Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the unit
  • Develop and implement employee policies and procedures
  • Mentor and support less experienced nurses
  • Ensure high-quality care and services for residents
  • Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
Requirements
  • Valid state LPN license
  • 3 years of long-term care experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
