ABA Intervention Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic ABA Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Practical Skills Clinic. As an ABA Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other special needs, providing direct therapy and behavioral intervention in 1:1 sessions.

About the Opportunity:

This is a full- or part-time position, available on Mondays through Fridays. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized goals, programs, and checklists (as trained), including an individualized Treatment Plan, as written and directed by the case supervisor.
  • Provide direct therapy and behavioral intervention in 1:1 sessions with clients ranging in age from 18 months to 21 years who have ASD and/or other special needs.
  • Maintain respect for and confidentiality of all clients, including keeping all client information confidential.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstration of thorough understanding of skills learned during required trainings.
  • Mobility to move from seated to standing position as desired by the client, circulate for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
