Critical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Operations Technician to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a Critical Operations Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the critical infrastructure of our data center, ensuring the reliability and uptime of our mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair critical facilities equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Operate and maintain critical systems, including power generation and distribution, cooling systems, and building monitoring systems.
- Assist with the development and implementation of technical procedures and documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in critical facilities operations, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with computer systems and applications, including CMMS database management.
