Responsibilities
- Support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects.
- Operate light construction equipment, including backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers, ensuring maintenance as required.
- Troubleshoot problems in the field and read utility locates and above-ground indicators for crew safety and productivity.
Qualifications
- Safety is a daily priority.
- Proven track record of high-quality work completion.
- Ability to figure out complex problems and a hands-on approach to work.
- Long-term project commitment.
- Team player with a willingness to get hands dirty.
- Experience operating heavy equipment on a construction site.
