Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing practice. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient interactions and efficient practice operations.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Education and Consultation: Educate patients on treatment plans, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of procedures and costs.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our clinical resources.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage for all clinical appointments, ensuring accurate billing and minimizing delays.
  • Software Management: Enter patient information into our dental software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Account Review and Verification: Thoroughly review patient accounts to ensure complete and accurate information, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect payments from patients for services rendered, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Schedule Development: Collaborate with our dental team to develop and maintain schedules for doctors and hygienists, ensuring optimal workflow and patient flow.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in promoting our practice through various marketing initiatives, helping to attract new patients and grow our patient base.
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Greet and check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience before and after treatment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of dental software.
