Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business owners, property managers, building engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to drive repeat business based on trust, knowledge, performance, and satisfaction.

This role will oversee the profitability of all projects and manage them from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables that meet quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests to inform all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
  • Lead a team to develop skills and mentor for future success and growth.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
  • Communicate with customers for scheduling, concerns, and regular updates with the sales team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Order equipment, materials, and permits for jobs.
  • Coordinate crane scheduling and lift rentals, if required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, people management, and project coordination.
  • 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
