Select Medical is currently in search of a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist.

At Select Medical, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional rehabilitation services. We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Our facility treats a wide range of patients, from adolescents to seniors, and offers services in general orthopedics, sports medicine, oncology, and industrial rehabilitation.

Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, although we are open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in this specialty. Our experienced team provides mentorship and support.

Our clinical staff includes specialists in various areas such as oncology, lymphedema, spine care, pain management, and more. An interest in cancer rehabilitation is a plus, but not mandatory. This position entails a full-time schedule, including three evenings until 7 PM and a half-day on Fridays, with weekends off.

Salary for this position starts at $80,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to state practice regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws governing physical therapy practice.
  • Complete all required training and maintain compliance with corporate and clinical service standards.
  • Assess, treat, and manage patient care for those requiring physical therapy, ensuring clear documentation of medical necessity.
  • Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, patients, and healthcare providers at all times.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • A valid state physical therapy license is required to begin employment.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
