Description

We take a professional approach to collections, maximizing the recovery of lost monies for our clients and their institutional receivables.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients by directly contacting individuals who are late in paying fees owed to them, influencing these individuals to make payments and reduce their debt.

Responsibilities

  • Complete our comprehensive training program, which includes compliance and regulation, including FDCPA and applicable collection laws in all states where we provide service, and operate our software systems.
  • Consistently perform on a variety of tasks, including meeting and exceeding individual and team monthly goals, and maintaining compliance with industry standards, legal standards, and client specifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent accountability for compliance chains, follow-up, and a sense of urgency for numerous client needs, and manage a large workload effectively.
  • Always demonstrate dignity, respect, and professionalism in all consumer interactions.
  • This position requires one evening of work per 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

  • One + year(s) experience in third-party outbound debt collections.
  • Highly motivated and competitive team players.
