Their ability to seamlessly transition between various tasks and projects allows them to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. They possess a keen eye for talent, accurately assessing training requirements and prioritizing the development of team members. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team to reach their full potential daily.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the store, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Monitor and enhance the continuous improvement of store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead essential team initiatives, including weekly promotional setups and routine merchandising adjustments.
- Provide hands-on assistance with various operational tasks, such as cash management, inventory handling, cleaning, and other critical store functions.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and productive work environment for all store employees, adhering to company and legal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1-2 years of management experience or a bachelor's degree.
- Strong determination to complete tasks on schedule, achieve store objectives, and maximize productivity.
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Willingness to engage in the physical operations of the store, including stocking, cleaning, and cash handling on a daily basis.
- Capability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds.
- Able to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
