We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Georgia Tech. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing professional-level support for human resources functions within our unit.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a unit-level contact for HR-related processes and procedures
- Review and coordinate the process of hiring requests from unit management
- Coordinate activities associated with employee onboarding and orientation
- Initiate and/or process HR-related documentation
- Respond to inquiries regarding Institute and departmental HR policies and procedures
- Gather and coordinate dissemination of information regarding new or revised HR-related policies and procedures within the unit
- Review and recommend revision to unit-level HR processes as appropriate
- Oversee employee record maintenance and transactions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED Certificate, or Vocational School Diploma
- At least six to seven years of job-related experience
We also welcome applicants with:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree, or two years of college coursework
- PHR/SPHR certification
As an HR Coordinator at Georgia Tech, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary range of $23.02-$31.30/hr.
