Regional Operations Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our dialysis facilities in a given region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and financial management of multiple clinics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the provision of quality care at assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Exercise overall control and oversight of facility operations, including financial management, human resources, and clinical services.
- Support the Regional Vice President in Joint Venture interactions and business development across the region.
- Maintain the quality and adequacy of patient care, recognizing and assisting in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems in the clinics.
- Apply professional knowledge in solving leadership, clinical, and administrative problems within established policies and practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in multisite healthcare operations management.
- Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state in which the facilities are located preferred. BSN preferred.
- Twelve months of experience in nursing preferred.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements preferred.
- 2 years of experience in nursing care of patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process preferred.
- At least three to five years' experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow employees.
- High levels of IT skills, particularly utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software.
