About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of mechanics in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving key departmental metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and production to ensure budgeted goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall plant performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve ergonomic issues, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and other related functions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility with lean manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or 5S principles is highly desirable.
