Key Responsibilities:
-


Provide troubleshooting assistance for corporate software applications utilizing a Knowledge Base and escalate issues to the relevant support teams as necessary.

Adhere to all escalation protocols in accordance with service level agreements.

Utilize remote support tools to assist end users effectively.

Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the incident management system.

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge and skills in the area of expertise and apply them effectively across functions.

Serve as a technical resource for colleagues to resolve various technical issues.

Anticipate client requirements and proactively propose solutions.

Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks to achieve set objectives while working independently with support from the broader team.

Qualifications:
-


Minimum of 3 years experience with PC operating systems.

At least 3 years in a customer service capacity.

3 or more years of experience in Technology Support.

Familiarity with Networking Principles, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Networks (LAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Information Technology Certifications, particularly Computing Technology Industry Association A+ Certification.
