We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team at Whitefish Credit Union Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our enterprise-wide network and computing systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing enterprise systems, including networks, servers, operating systems, services, applications, and databases.
- Performing and managing backups, identifying operational problems, and contributing to their resolution.
- Providing technical assistance to peer staff in response to customer service goals and call escalation procedures.
- Investigating problems in systems, processes, and services.
- Assisting with the implementation of agreed-upon remedies and preventative measures.
- Implementing system upgrades and patches; executing modifications to server and network infrastructure to improve efficiency, integration, interoperability, reliability, and performance.
- Reviewing system and network updates and identifying those that merit action.
- Configuring systems and networks to maximize hardware functionality.
- Investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
- Preparing and maintaining operational documentation such as standard operating procedures.
