Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review management reports on a timely basis
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest billings and resolve any discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in, check-out, and reservations
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members

Requirements

  • High school graduate; some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of night audit or accounting experience
  • Previous Front Desk Agent and Marriott experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
