Position Overview:

Join Nightwing as a Senior Logistics Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of materials and information essential for our operations. Your expertise in supply chain management will be crucial in ensuring our logistics processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the movement of materials from origin to delivery, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Enhance logistics processes including property management and warehouse operations.
  • Administer electronic data systems to streamline operations.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on various tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in logistics.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 94 pounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to create training documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in confined spaces and restricted mobility areas.
  • Familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to interpret conceptual drawings or blueprints.
  • Military or special operations background is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. A High School Diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between 64,000 USD and 128,000 USD, reflecting a good faith estimate based on experience levels and qualifications.
