Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the management of product flow within the supply chain to meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include scheduling procurement and manufacturing for a designated range of products. You will analyze material flow parameters, such as order quantities and replenishment intervals, and recommend optimal levels to align with business needs. Additionally, you will manage inventory levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods, while monitoring capacity requirements and service levels. Your continuous improvement efforts will enhance the planning and scheduling processes, driving customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.

As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, your contributions will include:
  • Enhancing business performance through data analysis and interpretation to streamline material flow from suppliers to customers.
  • Designing and executing complex supply chain initiatives using methodologies such as Synchronous Management and Six Sigma.
  • Encouraging supply chain optimization for both existing and new products by evaluating inventory strategies and capacity planning systems.
  • Leading projects aimed at refining production planning and execution processes.
  • Identifying IT requirements essential for supporting supply chain operations.
  • Advising senior management on significant supply chain transformations.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
Additional qualifications that may enhance your success include:
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
  • Experience with MRP systems in various environments.
  • Lean-Six Sigma certification, preferably Green Belt.
  • Expertise in supply chain systems development.
  • APICS CPIM Certification.
Work Environment

This position may involve limited travel and relocation assistance may be available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
