About the Role

Easterly Government Properties, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and supporting other capital markets-related and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our five-year earnings projection model
  • Manage key leasing and portfolio-level statistics
  • Assist with our annual company-wide budgeting process
  • Draft quarterly and annual lender compliance materials for submission
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Investor Relations team on guidance tracking and equity analyst model analysis
  • Evaluate and create processes to ensure departmental efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc efforts and reporting requests from senior management, investors, and other external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Prior knowledge of commercial real estate finance preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and good self-management discipline
  • Ability to function in a high-performing team-oriented setting

What We Offer
