Job Overview

Pact is seeking a Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis to drive improvements in FP&A financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely reports and analysis support the organization's strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and distribute internal financial reports and management dashboards to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to cost center owners and project leaders to support their organizational goals.
  • Support the annual budget process, working with the FP&A team to roll out tools and ensuring accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct analysis and create financial models as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including completing compliance training by the deadline.
Requirements
  • Master's degree with six years of work experience or bachelor's degree with at least eight years of work experience.
  • Experience with financial software, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Demonstrated management experience and working across functional teams.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
