Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional plays a critical role in CenterWell Home Health's success by providing accurate and timely financial information to support strategic and operational decisions. This role involves analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and other data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes financial implications of proposed investments or transactions to inform senior management's decision-making.
  • Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position.
  • Develops and maintains financial models, reports, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provides financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
