POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for executing specialized repair and upkeep tasks within the designated field of expertise. This includes general upkeep of facilities and recreational areas, as well as addressing maintenance requests. The engineering team is expected to approach all service requests with a constructive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Daily assignments will include preventive maintenance duties. Additionally, support will be provided to the Emergency Response Team for urgent situations occurring on the premises.

WORK SETTING:


Areas of work include guest accommodations (both occupied and vacant), conference spaces, fitness centers, golf courses, dining establishments, kitchens, bakeries, spas, and all service areas behind the scenes.

Engineers are advised to refrain from entering dining areas or conference rooms during guest occupancy unless absolutely necessary. Work within occupied guest accommodations will only occur at the request of the guests.
