  • Manage the daily operations of assigned practice sites, including staff supervision, patient flow, and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans in collaboration with practice physicians and physician leadership.
  • Support financial, budget, and business goals, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Oversee staffing, recruitment, and payroll processes, ensuring adequate resources to meet provider work schedules.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the physician compensation system.
  • Monitor billing and collection functions, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Oversee daily operations, including services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
  • Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
  • Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Monitor budget, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Assess quality of patient care services and coordinate with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
  • 5 years of Office Manager experience, including billing and staff supervision (preferred).
  • Strong customer service focus.
