Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records
  • Respond to requests for medical records and process letters and reports
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED certificate
  • One year of related clinical office experience and/or training
  • At least one year of medical records experience
