Job Title: Client Services Representative

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at Ourisman Honda of Frederick. This role involves working closely with clients throughout the vehicle purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, maintaining a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, and guiding clients through the sales process from vehicle selection to financing and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer client questions and make recommendations.
* Guide clients through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
* Collaborate with team leaders to present financial products and guide clients through contract signings, ensuring accurate and efficient preparation and processing of sales contracts, financing applications, and all necessary documentation.
* Follow up with potential clients and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
* Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.

Requirements:
* Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
* Demonstrated success in meeting appointment and sales volume targets.
* Proven track record of achieving high customer service experience (CSE) scores.
* Ability to maximize penetration rates while ensuring each deal is profitable, customer-focused, and contributes to dealership performance and revenue growth.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
