Position Overview:
Are you a personable and customer-focused individual with a flair for retail? As a Gift Shop Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests. In this position, you will be the face of our gift shop, delivering exceptional service, showcasing a diverse range of products, and assisting guests in selecting the perfect souvenirs from their visit. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with guests, providing exemplary customer service.
  • Maintain an attractive and well-stocked gift shop.
  • Assist guests in product selection and inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer recommendations and detailed information about merchandise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock items as necessary.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop.

Qualifications:
