Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prioritize incoming operational challenges and requests for technical support related to IT systems.
- Provide assistance to staff regarding installation protocols, operational standards, and new methodologies.
- Collaborate with users to identify and implement superior tools that enhance service delivery.
- Design, distribute, and respond to user feedback surveys.
- Manage user access rights, reset passwords, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain security protocols.
Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility, including the possibility of after-hours and weekend support as needed. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting computer-related issues, setting up equipment for user access, and ensuring proper installation of necessary software and hardware.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in an IT support role.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficient knowledge of technology operations, computer systems, and information security practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to document and clarify technical issues for end-users.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside standard hours when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hardware repair and scripting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10, Teams, and data network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of issue tracking systems and Office 365 is advantageous.
