**Job Overview**

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Databricks/QLIK SME to support the Business Intelligence and Reporting organization. As a key member of the team, you will design and implement strategies to parametrize code in the Navy's ADVAVA Jupiter environment.

**Salary:** $110,000 - $125,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and automate processes to facilitate data manipulation and analysis.
  • Develop Data Visualization reports, metrics, dashboards, and other techniques to communicate information.
  • Perform user requirements analysis and stakeholder interviews.
  • Perform Data transformation and migration.
  • Manage Data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Data and access control modeling.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and sharing of knowledge.
  • Maintain and optimize database objects, including tables, views, and notebooks, containing complex SQL queries and python code.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions to support business requirements.
  • Experience in design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes for data warehouses.
  • Understanding of database and data warehouse concepts, including schemas and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with the Navy's ADVAVA Jupiter environment.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Databricks, Qlik, Python, Scala, SQL.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
