About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Coach Counselor to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a Coach Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our youth, promoting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide around-the-clock supervision and support to our youth, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with our professional staff to achieve positive outcomes.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities, using this information to inform our treatment approaches.
- Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, promoting a positive and engaging experience for our youth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 60 hours of college education or one year of experience working with at-risk youth or in a security position preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
