Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care and support to individuals and families across the lifespan.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Utilize electronic medical records systems to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare role, preferably in a customer service capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
Estimated Salary Range:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
