We pride ourselves on being a reliable partner for Quality Assurance/Quality Control Services, Equipment Services, Technical Staffing, Project Management, and Testing Services. Our commitment is to guide clients through every phase of their projects, ensuring adherence to all compliance requirements.

We are currently seeking Entry-Level Analytical Test Technicians to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Quality Assurance evaluations of Semiconductor Processing Equipment, focusing on systems that handle liquids, gases, chemicals, and solvents in a manufacturing context.
  • Utilize standard analytical testing instruments, including Moisture, Oxygen, Particulate, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Resistivity contamination, and Helium Leak detection.
  • Assist clients in diagnosing and resolving quality-related issues while performing assigned tasks effectively.
  • Engage in Pre-Planning and Site-Specific Programs.
  • Diagnose technical challenges and quality contamination issues, demonstrating the ability to plan, schedule, execute, and report findings professionally.
Job Requirements:
  • Work is often conducted in confined spaces, within a cleanroom environment, and may require awkward positioning or working at heights.
  • Technicians should expect to walk significant distances daily and transport precision testing equipment using a hand cart.
  • All tasks must be performed in a high-pressure production cleanroom environment with a focus on maintaining professionalism.
  • Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the capacity to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds are essential.
  • Adherence to Cleanroom protocols, Safety protocols, and PPE usage is mandatory at all times.
  • Technicians must follow established Safety, Decontamination, and Gowning procedures, particularly when handling hazardous materials or operating in dangerous conditions.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Analytical Testing of Semiconductor Process Equipment is not a prerequisite.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for career advancement are the key qualities we seek.
  • Military and/or technical experience will be considered favorably.
  • Reliability and attention to detail are crucial.
  • A general understanding of mechanical assembly and tools is required, along with the ability to learn to utilize the necessary tools and fixtures.
