Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic preschool educator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in early childhood education and a sincere passion for engaging with young learners. This position entails fostering a supportive and enriching atmosphere where children can thrive through play-based learning and structured educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that enhance learning and growth in areas such as language, social interaction, cognitive development, and physical skills (lesson plans and materials will be provided; no planning is necessary).
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Observe and evaluate children's progress, and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's development.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized classroom setting.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
