YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As the core of the salon, you will oversee all operations while providing leadership and resources for success.
  • By setting a strong example, you will assist your team in growing their clientele and enhancing business performance. Your focus will be on the salon's profitability while educating stylists on business practices.
  • You will exemplify excellence by delivering all hair care services offered and ensuring the highest quality for each client.
  • Acting as a coach and mentor, you will foster a positive work environment and bring out the best in salon staff.
  • Your role will include hiring, training, and managing conflicts and client concerns with professionalism.

  • You lead by example, prioritize customer service, and handle challenges with professionalism.

  • A current cosmetology or barber license is required as per state regulations.

  • You must be available for mandatory meetings and training sessions, which may require overnight travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Good eyesight is necessary to assess clients' hair, including close vision and color perception.
  • If you enjoy being active, this role involves standing, lifting, and reaching. You should be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
  • Exposure to chemicals and fragrances is part of the job; you should be comfortable with these elements.
