Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Ensure all production lines are staffed and equipped to meet production demands.
  • Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety among team members.
  • Ensure accurate shipments and inventory management.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory/lead experience.
  • High school diploma; education beyond high school is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise a team of personnel.
  • Travel: 1-5 trips per year.
