POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Food and Beverage Service Support Specialist, you will proactively engage in a variety of tasks to ensure seamless operations within our dining services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging tables and assisting culinary staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Cleaning and organizing workspaces while restocking supplies as needed.
  • Providing support that enhances the overall dining experience for our guests.

Success in this role requires a commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in your appearance and communication.

As a Food and Beverage Service Support Specialist, you will be active throughout your shift, which may involve standing, walking, and moving across various surfaces. You will also be required to manage menu items effectively and engage in physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

It is essential to perform these duties proficiently to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and the organization.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required; however, experience in a food and beverage setting is advantageous.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None required.
