We are seeking a top-performing Pre-Operative and PACU Supervisor to join our team at USPI in Tarzana, CA.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses in a fast-paced Pre-Operative and PACU environment
- Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff performance
- Collaborate with physicians, vendors, and other hospital staff to achieve quality and satisfaction goals
- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure optimal performance
- Current CA nursing license
- Current CPR and ACLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and solve problems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and demonstrate accountability and professionalism
Hourly wage range: $60-$66 per hour. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
