Essential Skills- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the installation and/or maintenance of security systems including intrusion detection, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV.
- Fundamental knowledge of electronics, wiring, and compliance with local and national regulations, along with experience in IP Video or IT.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Support the initiation of new equipment or system installations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Organize schedules and design basic electrical equipment installations.
- Execute work tasks safely and within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, aid in contract retention, and recognize opportunities for additional work orders.
- Maintain company assets and documentation, comply with safety protocols, and stay informed about industry advancements.
- Engage in training initiatives and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle standards.
- Be available for a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
- COMPENSATED TRAVEL TIME after the initial 30 minutes each day.
