Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Chantilly is seeking a results-driven leader to drive sales performance and overall business growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3-5 years of leadership experience who can lead our team to excellence, drive sales performance, and grow the business. As a Sales Manager, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, oversee daily operations, manage spa sales performance, recruit and develop talented professionals, train and coach performance, and promote products and services.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growth-focused franchisee with over 58 locations across 8 states. Our company culture emphasizes providing a world-class experience for our valued members and guests, and we are committed to supporting our employees in their professional growth.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, appointments, and membership sales and management
- Oversee and manage daily spa operations
- Manage spa sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Recruit, hire, and develop talented spa professionals
- Train, monitor, and coach performance
- Promote products and services
- Communicate with Service Provider team and maximize appointment book
- Find opportunities for grassroots marketing and local community connections
- Proven passion for communicating with people
- Capability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions, conferences, or other business-related activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A fast learner with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, knowledge of retail/appointment booking systems a plus
- A strong team player with ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Our estimated salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation structure, paid time off, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) plan with 5% company match.
