Customer Service Ambassador

A key member of our PostNet team, the Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all store services and products. This includes operating the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Additional duties may include training and mentoring Customer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system
- Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner
- Upsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain the center consistent with established standards
- Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
- Ability to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and complete tasks with little supervision
