Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Ivonne Welch Medicare Plans is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our Medicare-age clients and their families over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and complete follow-up and other outbound calls as assigned.

• Be an organized multi-tasker who can stay focused and see tasks all the way to completion.

• Listen to instructions and take direction well with the ability to follow established protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in a customer service-related position.

• Ability to commute to our office.

• Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task.

• Basic computer skills.

• Pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Positive and professional attitude.

• Flexibility in your work schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Medicare or insurance.

• Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM.
