About the Role

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of pediatric patients, addressing their unique speech, communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address the individual needs of each patient.
  • Provide Patient and Family Support: Offer guidance, education, and support to patients and their families to ensure a smooth and effective treatment process.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to set and evaluate patient goals, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree: Possess a graduate degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
  • Clinical Competence: Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) and maintain active state licensure.
