This position requires: \t\tSales experience and confidence (membership sales are highly valued) \t\tCustomer service experience (retail, restaurant) \t\tComputer/ Technology proficiency \t\tA passion for dogs and dog health & wellness \t\tReliable transportation \t\tWillingness to work in a smoke-free environment \t\tHigh School graduate Who We Are Looking For \tWe are searching for a goal-oriented team member who has a passion for sales and customer service A successful Sales & Front Desk Associate is outgoing, self-motivated, an independent problem solver, and a compassionate dog lover We are looking for a motivated team member who wants to advance their career through our training path to become a Scenthound Manager Tasks: \t\tDrive membership sales through health and wellness education \t\tDrive key performance indicators – average ticket price and rebook ratio – through memberships, service \t\tadd-ons, and retail sales \t\tDevelop membership leads; Follow up with potential members \t\tAnswer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records \t\tManage cash drawer – responsible for daily cash handling \t\tManage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain memberships \t\tAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices – keep the reception area clean and presentable \t\tPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager Skills and Abilities: \t\tConfidence in selling services and products \t\tAbility to connect with customers (both canine and human) and provide outstanding customer service \t\tAbility to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services \t\tEffective communication with team members and dog parents (in person and on the phone) \t\tIndependently solve problems using Scenthound values and culture as a guide \t\tAttention to detail \t\tTime-management; Scheduling appointments efficiently \t\tAccountability; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards
