We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and suites.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms, living areas, and linens
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Department to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
