Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that provides intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and program requirements.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with community resources to connect participants with essential services, including transportation, medical care, and educational opportunities.
  • Monitor participant compliance with electronic monitoring program and take corrective action as needed.
  • Provide emergency counseling and support to participants as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, or social work.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or case management, preferably in fields related to law, social work, or detention.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
