Job Overview

Capital Chevrolet is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for arranging financing for our customers and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Training and supporting sales staff in understanding and presenting F&I options to customers
  • Preparing paperwork, contracts and delivering deals
  • Auditing team deals post-sale and ensuring expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership setting
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance, lending institutions, and insurance products
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
