Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
Company: TSE Brakes, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy.
  • Oversee the management of supply chain inventory and documentation.
  • Evaluate sales trends, customer forecasts, and production metrics to accurately predict raw material needs.
  • Coordinate dual sourcing initiatives while assessing cost, quality, lead times, and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound shipping expenses.
  • Identify and implement innovative, cost-efficient supply chain solutions.
  • Address challenges such as delivery delays effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, forecast future needs, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations within supply chain processes.
  • Uphold safety protocols across all supply chain operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and distributors.
  • Lead activities related to sourcing, procurement, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Prepare analytical reports on trends, delivery performance, and logistics metrics for management review.
  • Foster the development of supply chain personnel through targeted training programs.
  • Initiate and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Enhance warehouse operations for optimal efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
  • International experience is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and a quick learner of new technologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This role includes oversight of 1-3 direct reports.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Periodic reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, or twisting.
  • Regular standing, walking, and engaging in verbal communication.
